Hedley Lawson brings thirty years of experience as a senior corporate executive and board and management advisor to his role as Managing Partner for Aligned Growth Partners, LLC. He has worked with domestic and global boards of directors, executive committees, and organizational leadership to develop and execute corporate strategic plans and build exceptional organizations, from start-up and pre-IPO companies to global, publicly-listed corporations.

Prior to rejoining AGP, Hedley was Vice President Global Human Resources for Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (MFLEX) where he was responsible for MFLEX’s global human capital strategy, practice and organizational excellence initiatives for a workforce of 20,000 colleagues. In this role, Hedley reported to the President and Chief Executive Officer, was a member of the Executive Leadership Team, and worked with the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee. In 2007, he led the global strategic planning process, resulting in record growth in revenue and operating income. The company was subsequently recognized by Business Week and Fortune Magazines as one of America’s fastest growing corporations.

Prior to joining MFLEX, Hedley was Managing Partner of Aligned Growth Partners, LLC, leading the firm’s Advised Boards of Directors and senior business leaders on strategic, operational, organizational planning, M&A expertise and Human Capital strategies and practices. AGP clients ranged from pre-public, privately-held companies to billion dollar global, publicly-listed companies found in the Fortune 35 whose industry segments spanned biotechnology, medical devices, software development, banking, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, wine and agribusiness, consumer products, healthcare, publishing, and supply chain logistics. Hedley conducted retained searches for Board, C-suite, Vice Presidents, and Director-level executives.

Prior to co-founding Aligned Growth Partners, Hedley held senior executive positions in high technology manufacturing, financial services, software development, and strategic business consulting and executive search. His executive leadership roles included Senior Vice President Global Human Resources for Fair, Isaac and Company, Inc.; Senior Vice President Human Resources and Quality Management and Vice President Americas for SOLA International, Inc.; and Vice President Human Resources for QuantumShift Communications, Inc.

A frequent public speaker, Hedley has delivered over seventy key note speeches and seminars to trade conventions, annual business and leadership meetings, and university business schools.

For almost two decades, Hedley has been a Contributing Editor and Author on a wide variety of business and human capital subjects for various publications of Jobson Medical Information, LLC, a global healthcare publishing and communications company.

Hedley holds professional memberships with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the North Bay Angels, and national and regional human resources associations.

Hedley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University and a Master’s degree with a double major in human resources management and organizational development from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He completed post- graduate studies in Executive Development and Financial Management at Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
